Vaunt

What role does VAUNT play after a project is sold?

VAUNT facilitates sales and marketing processes for residential projects ranging from 40 to +1500 units. We do this through an easy-to-use solution that includes multiple modules necessary for the sales teams of the developers we work with. We wrote more about the difference between working with VAUNT and alternative solutions here.

But what happens once a project is completed – all the apartments have been successfully sold?

First of all, VAUNT also allows for rent monitoring, not just sales and purchases. Thus, a developer can add and track the rental period, contract details, and its termination in VAUNT.

Returning to the scenario of selling an entire project, this is normally followed by the handover-receipt process. In VAUNT, this process, as well as the source of funds, can be tracked and updated in the transactions section:

Also part of the handover-receipt process is the problem solving in the apartment. Through the VAUNT platform, real estate developer teams can track and update all issues and repairs that need to be done before handing over an apartment. This monitoring can be done from the Property-construction site section:

Once the entire project has been sold, regarding the VAUNT platform, we offer an archiving service, at a lower cost than the platform used with all its benefits. Thus, critical information for the developer continues to be available, for a single representative, who can see:

  • How the sales process went
  • Existing leads from other projects, who may be interested in new developments made by the same company
  • Fluctuating sales periods, useful in adjusting the marketing budget
  • Source of funds – how much was paid in cash or bank transfer, to see what kind of financing is needed for a project
  • Customer databases and financial transaction data
  • A history of each customer’s actions – if someone reports a problem in the past
  • What kind of clients are interested in investing, using the investor tag functionality, to be able to categorize databases and inform them about new projects

Post-sales archiving is critical for any developer. Data is among the most important resources for long-term growth, as it provides a snapshot of how things have played out in the past and allows for in-depth analysis of what worked, what didn’t, and what can be improved in the future.

Thus, VAUNT remains an important tool for our customers even after the sale. For more details about VAUNT, you can contact us here.
