VAUNT at reConstruct Forum
On June 6, the reConstruct Forum & Awards event organized by Wall-street.ro and start-up.ro took place in Bucharest. Our colleague, Daniel Tofan, Head of Sales, participated as a speaker in the panel dedicated to technology in real estate. Here are the most important topics that Daniel addressed:
What is VAUNT
Vaunt helps real estate developers manage residential sales, from obtaining building permits to handing over residential units. The application is present throughout the sales process, from automatically taking leads from the online space, managing them, customers and units, whether apartments or houses, to generating statistics and automatic reports, sending SMS and mass emails from the application.
How it stands apart
Currently, there are tailored solutions, consisting of one or more applications that make up a portion of a circuit that developers have in the sales process. VAUNT does it all. From taking and managing leads, to closing a lead and tracking the transaction. We want to be the sales tool when a residential project is launched, and to complete the international exposure area of the projects, we have also created VAUNT Market, which is currently in beta testing.
Through the marketplace, we aim to help developers sell to foreign investors.
Collaborating with startups:
The real estate market is very dynamic, and we as a start-up can keep up with the needs and trends. ERPs and large companies go through much more cumbersome processes. The good part is that large developers who work with ERPs can use VAUNT, because we have created an open platform through which we can integrate with any other application.
This was the feedback we received from a developer who uses both an ERP and VAUNT; his team members adapted easily to our application, compared to the other system.
More than a CRM:
VAUNT started as a CRM, but the application has developed a lot, so we are currently between CRM and ERP.
The problem we started with was a sales person’s problem, then the application developed in other directions. It is impossible for a sales person to keep track of all the discussions they have with leads and when they need to follow up.
Who uses VAUNT and why:
Currently we have from boutique projects with 40 units, to companies with multiple projects exceeding 2000 units, for example: Zenith Belle Tour, Hils, Nusco, Akcent, Cosmopolis, First Estates.
Control over the sales process and streamlining this process must be kept under constant scrutiny. Our clients learn the quality of the leads that came from their marketing investments.
Through the automations we have, we provide very important data, and our clients have dedicated people who analyze everything from how many interactions there were on each lead, to the type of interactions, duration, etc. In addition, everything is correlated with the project you are building and with the units, where you can see your availability in real time. The team works at the same time on the same database and no more sales are lost because apartments that have been promised, reserved or already sold by other colleagues are offered.
What’s next for VAUNT:
We are focusing on launching the marketplace in the United States and expanding into Europe with VAUNT Developer.
