Through it, buyer clients have access to real-time data about the market value of their properties. This functionality contributes to the developer-client relationship, as well as to the democratization of access to information in the real estate market.
VAUNT announces the launch of the module dedicated to developers or real estate agents, Client Portal. This module comes as an additional resource for VAUNT’s developer clients, being a benefit that they can offer to their buyers.
The most important market data is analyzed in real time, to provide not only a clear picture of the current value of an apartment, but also the evolution of the market. This data is traditionally obtained through expensive market analyses for the end client.
With access to this data, the buyer can make faster and more informed sales decisions. For the developer, this functionality can be integrated into the VAUNT subscription, being a differentiating element in concluding a contract.
For the buyer, the platform is useful not only for maintaining a direct and real-time relationship with the developer, but also for obtaining an instant evaluation of the apartment, whether it is estimating the value of the property, appreciating the investment, or obtaining updated market information, free of charge.
VAUNT leads to cost optimization for real estate developers by reducing the need to evaluate the price of clients’ apartments. Every time the client logs into his personal account, he indirectly receives an estimate of the value of the purchased apartment, the evaluation being made using market data, and not independently by VAUNT. Thus, the developer can reduce the costs associated with managing his clients by up to 120 euros per client.
Furthermore, VAUNT is developing an AI module that will significantly streamline sales processes for real estate developers and their clients. This module aims to increase productivity by up to 20%, minimizing human errors and stimulating creativity.
