VAUNT reports over 70 clients in 2024, with transactions worth over EUR 488 million
VAUNT, the proptech startup that helps residential real estate developers in their sales and marketing processes, announces significant growth in 2024, reaching 73 clients who listed over 100 projects in 2024, totaling over EUR 1 billion.
VAUNT reports 74% growth in 2024 over 2023, demonstrating the real estate market’s appetite for intuitive technology solutions that are easy to integrate and use by both sales and marketing teams.
In 2024, projects worth a total of over EUR 1 billion were uploaded to the VAUNT platform, and transactions worth over EUR 488 million were recorded. Approximately 7% of all real estate transactions in Romania in 2024 were carried out through VAUNT, double the previous year.
The team has also invested in developing new features, such as the Client Portal, which gives buyers free, real-time access to market value data for their property. Other new projects include AI-powered features to make it easier, for example, to generate complete apartment descriptions or sign contracts, as well as the VAUNT Engage module for sending email marketing and SMS campaigns directly from the platform.
Furthermore, in 2024 VAUNT began the process of scaling its real estate marketplace that streamlines residential sales in the USA.
